All orders are subject to availability and all prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to conduct business with any potential, current or previous customer.

Shipping Information:

All eBooks are available for download immediately after online payment. To purchase downloadable products you will need a PayPal account, but if you don't already have one you can sign up during the checkout process.

All sales of downloadable products (eBooks) are final.

All tangible products will be shipped by USPS. You may choose from the following USPS shipping options during checkout: 1. USPS (USA and Canada) 2. USPS (International)

For tangible goods, payment may be made by either credit card or PayPal. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipped to California will be subject to current California Sales Tax.

Refunds and Returns Policies:

If you are not entirely satsified with your purchase, you may return it to us (at your cost) for a refund or an exchange provided it was purchased within the last 30 days. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. Please email us at admin@intelligentguitar.com to initiate the return process.

We will refund the price of the item or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
